Fees & Insurance info

In some cases I'm able to operate on a sliding scale whereby we assess ability to pay / match your insurance deductible amount.  So Please Call and lets discuss. 

Generally my fees approximate:

 

Individual - $115/ 50 minute session $155/80 minute session.

Couples & Family - $125/ 50 minute session 

$175/80 minute session.

Sliding Scale availability on a need basis.

Below is a list of Insurance Networks I am currently credentialed with.  If your plan is not listed you may be able to file for a reimbursement from your HSA and/or a claim for out of network reimbursement.
